1. Product Philosophy
About Our Roll-Out Pickleball Court Flooring
KOLISTI Roll-out System is engineered for ultimate versatility. Our core principle is simple: The flooring can be installed on any hard and level surface, transforming any space into a professional-grade pickleball court in minutes.
2. Subfloor Requirements
To ensure international tournament-grade performance and consistent ball bounce, the subfloor must meet the following criteria:
- Surface Flatness: A flatness deviation of 2mm is recommended to ensure optimal tournament-grade ball bounce
- Surface Condition: The substrate must be solid, clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, sand, or sharp debris
- Approved Surfaces: Suitable for installation on Asphalt, Concrete, Wooden floors, Ceramic tiles, and existing indoor sports surfaces
3. Application Scenarios
Our high-performance 3mm pickleball flooring system is designed for diverse environments:
- Residential: Private backyards, driveways, and home garages
- Commercial: Shopping malls, fitness centers, and multi-purpose halls
- Professional: Dedicated pickleball clubs and community sports centers
- Events: Pop-up tournaments, temporary exhibitions, and sports festivals
4. Installation Steps
- Layout: Unroll the material and allow it to acclimate to the site temperature before final alignment
- Alignment: Ensure court markings are properly oriented with no gaps between sections
- Temporary Fixing: Use high-quality double-sided sports tape underneath the seams to prevent movement during play
- Permanent Fixing: Use Hot-air Heat Welding at the seams to ensure a seamless finish and maximum durability
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft broom, vacuum, or slightly damp mop for routine care
- Protection: Avoid dragging heavy or sharp equipment across the textured acrylic surface
